We sell hand picked strains from an assortment of domestic partners. Heat and/or Gamma treatment for extremely clean (microbiological) contamination free products. The main difference between us and our competitors is we shop by alkaloid profiles, they shop by price. For certain strains we pay double the going rate of “bulk wholesale” Kratom because we like its profile.

Alkaloid Profile Matching: If you look at our 15,000+ customer reviews (industry highest), one theme stands out above the rest, “consistency”. This is by design and something that takes a lot of work to achieve.

Powder: Through rigorous lab testing using the best in the industry, “Sante Labs”, we have been able to model several different alkaloid profiles for our various strains and blends. This has only been possible because of Santes continued pursuit to be the best in the industry, they test for 8 known Kratom alkaloids. While most of the industry focus has been on Mitragynine, most vendors want you to believe this is the only one that matters. This couldn’t be further from the truth, some of our best selling and highly rated strains test at a mere 0.9% Mitragynine. But the overall alkaloid profile hovers around 2.5-3.2% painting a true picture of the strain. This data tells us that the other alkaloids heavily play into the effects one experiences, or can expect to feel while taking Kratom.

In addition to all the testing we do, our raw bulk powder is placed in quarantine until it passes the microbial and heavy metal testing. Once cleared, all of our powder is sifted and metal detected to ensure any physical contaminants are non-existent. Adhering to cGMP guidelines all personnel are dressed in the same type of gowns found in food facilities and fully protected from coming into contact with the powder or capsules.

Capsules: Standardized dosing of 1 full gram of Kratom powder per capsule (industry highest). 99% of vendors use a generic 00 capsule filling machine which puts 450mg to 650mg of Kratom powder per capsule. Why is this an issue? Well not only are you fighting strain variations, you’re now fighting inconsistencies in dosing which can lead to very poor experiences with Kratom. Kratom is a very finicky plant with the “less is more” effect; this makes dosing the single most important factor when taking kratom. If the customer has one or two bad experiences when first trying Kratom, that customer is effectively lost forever.

Extracts: 99% of vendors source their extracts from Indonesia which are full of residual solvents like Methanol and Acetone. While there has been a shift to extracts produced in India, most vendors are still finding inconsistencies and residual solvents in some of these products. Most of these overseas manufacturers are using an outdated Methanol extraction method first published nearly a decade ago.

Given the current environment, we opted to build our own extraction lab. The initial investment for such an endeavor hovered near the 1 million dollar mark. Through this process we learned an incredible amount of information pertaining to Kratom as a whole, and its various alkaloids which make up the plant structure. R&D went way over the expected time-frame, and took us nearly 2 years before we could launch our first products, the Alk-Tab75 and Mit-Tab100. Soon after the Kratom Shot followed, and we have several other products in development like candies and a unique Kratom Spray which uses advanced delivery methods like liposomes and nano-emulsions found in modern medication to deliver the alkaloids to your bloodstream in mere minutes.

Infused Kratom: Our wildly popular infused line will grow considerably this year. We just launched our Mushroom infused line which sits alongside our Caffeine Infused, and CBD infused line. Enter Flavored Kratom: Through an evolutionary process we believe we have found the holy grail of Kratom consumption; Flavored Kratom Powder (industry first). Our new raw flavored powder (extract free) uses a proprietary flavor blend developed over the course of a year. While this shift to consume Kratom like a beverage may take some time to get used to, we believe it will lead to consuming less Kratom overall which is a good thing for consumers and has the potential for broader reach. The stigma associated with extracts and shots makes Kratom an easier target for legislation and we would like to eventually shift away from them. The shift to treating Kratom like a tasty beverage and one that can be enjoyed in a social setting is our vision for the future of Kratom. Where we get our data: The Kratom industry is very small, most of the large players have consolidated over the years. We personally know a lot of them, and often work together. While I would never call anyone out, I have visited many Kratom production facilities and see how they operate. We are not trying to be better than any other company, we simply want to produce the best Kratom products we can. This means bringing most things in-house, and having higher expenses overall.

Some examples of our costs compared to other vendors:

Testing: While we have partnered with Sante on certain projects, they are still the most expensive testing facility. Quality comes at a cost, if they were the cheapest everyone would use them.

Capsules: The cost to produce a 000 capsule is estimated to be 3-4 times the cost of a 00. You need customized machines, and the amount of waste is on the order of kilos per batch. The cost of a gelatin size 000 shell cost 4X as much as a size 00 shell.

Powder: 99% of vendors simply import from Indonesia and immediately repackage into “branded” bags and offer them for sale on their website. Our powder is put through the paces as mentioned above.

Equipment: While most vendors opt for cheaply made Chinese equipment, we house American, German, and Canadian equipment, which again can cost upwards of 4-5X the price.

Extract: Building our own extraction lab.
